Franklin was the son of Catharine Yeager and George Fetterman. He married Salome, and they were the parents of eleven children:

1. Harriet Alice;
2. Rolandus;
3. George E.;
4. Isaiah William;
5. Andrew;
6. Mazie K.;
7. Lawrence;
8. Anna L.;
9. Adam Roy;
10. a daughter who died April 20, 1892 (from The Columbia County Historical and Genealogical Society of Bloomsburg); and
11. a child who died on April 25, 1892 (from The Columbia County Historical and Genealogical Society of Bloomsburg).

I am not sure when Andrew died or where he is buried. He shows up in all the different census years as living with his parents, and in the latest for 1920 as living with his mother. In 1930, he was living with his brother George’s family and farming in Locust Township.
