Solomon Fetterman
May 3, 1807 - July 6, 1878

St. Paul's United Church of Christ Cemetery, Numidia, PA

Solomon was the son of Elizabeth Saul and George Fetterman. He married Mary Bachman. He was engaged in agricultural pursuits for most of his life near Numidia, PA, where they lived. He was the father of ten children including Leander Fetterman. I did not take this picture and in fact do not remember seeing a headstone in as bad shape as this one is, so I think it must have been removed from the cemetery.
