Minnie was the oldest daughter of Laura A. Drumheller and Charles Adams of Locust Township, Columbia County, PA. The 1900 census shows her as being born in February. She married Adam Roy, son of Sarah A. “Salome” Adams and Franklin Fetterman, also a farmer from Locust Township. One child was born of this marriage:

• Harold L. (b. August 15, 1915; d. February 28, 1960).

The census for 1920 shows that Roy and Minnie were living in Catawissa Borough, Columbia County, PA. Roy was working as a carpenter, and Minnie’s sister Helen C. Adams was living and working as a privant servant in their home. Roy remarried after Minnie’s death, and he is buried in Elan Memorial Park, Lime Ridge, PA.
