Glen P., the fifth of eight children born to Clara Ellen Myers and John A. Fetterman, was born in Lightstreet, Columbia County, PA. He lived in Catawissa Township since 1926 and graduated from Catawissa High School. He was a veteran of World War II having served in the U. S. Army Air Force from 1943 to 1946 as a private first class. He worked for Prudential Insurance Company and retired in 1980. He was an accomplished woodworker and built furniture in his home workshop. He also enjoyed traveling with his wife. Of the Methodist faith, Glen was a member of the First United Methodist Church. He was also an active member of the American Legion.

Glen married February 26, 1944, and two children were born of this marriage. Because his wife is still living, no other information will be offered here.
