Victor was the youngest son of five children born to Amanda Rhodes and Harvey Theodore Fetterman, born in Numidia Township, Columbia County, PA. On August 1, 1943, he married Frances I., one of eight children born to Jennie Wagner and Joseph E. Lynn. Frances was born in Berwick Borough, Columbia County, PA. This was a second marriage for her, and of her first marriage, three children were born:

1. Paul Iddings, died 1951.
2. Eleanor Iddings Magaw, died 1971; and
3. Harold E. Iddings.

Frances and Victor made their home in Main Township, Columbia County, and of this marriage, one daughter was born. Because she is still living, no other information will be offered here.

Victor was a veteran of World War II, having served in the U. S. Army. He also farmed for most of his life, and he worked as a warper for Milco Industries for ten years. He retired from there in 1975. Frances also worked as a seamstress for the same company for ten and one-half years. She stopped working in 1962.
