Ida was the adopted daughter of Lydia Ann Fetterman and Samuel J. Frederick, and she lived her entire life in the borough of Catawissa, Columbia County, PA. She was married January 22, 1888, to Nathaniel C. Creasy, son of Nathan and Susan Krickbaum Creasy.

Three children were born of this marriage:

  1. Lydia F. , b. 1888 – d. 19—;
  2. Samuel F., b. 1890 – d. 1890; and
  3. Edwin F., b. 1892 – d. 1893.

In 1900, they were living next to Ida’s parents on Fourth Street, and at this time, Nathaniel was a clerk in a grocery store. By 1910, Nathaniel was listed as a merchant of a dry goods store, and they were living with Ida’s father Samuel. By 1920, they owned their home on Fourth Street, and Ida’s father was living with them. At this time, Nathaniel was listed as being a merchant of a general store.

Ida passed away January 13, 1923, from carcinoma of the uterus. She was aged 52 years, 10 months, and 29 days at the time of her passing.
