I, Katie A. F. Lindemuth, widow, of the Borough of Centralia, County of Columbia, and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare the following to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made. AND FIRST: I order and direct that my body shall be decently buried, and that my funeral be conducted in a manner corresponding with my estate and situation in life. AND AS TO SUCH WORLDLY ESTATE wherewith it has pleased GOD to intrust me with, I dispose of the same as follows, to wit: ITEM: I order and direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses by fully paid and satisfied, by my Executor, hereinafter named, as soon as the same can conveniently be done after my decease. ITEM: I give, devise and bequeath unto my brother, Charles Oscar Fetterman, my entire estate, real, personal and mixed property, of whatsoever kind and nature, and wheresoever the same may be located at the time of my decease, and to his heirs and assigns forever. AND LASTLY: I nominate, constitute and appoint my said brother, Charles Oscar Fetterman, to be the executor of this my last will and testament. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, Katie A. F. Lindemuth, widow, the testatrix, have to this, my will, type-written on one sheet of plain paper, set my hand and seal, this eighteenth (18th) day of February, in the year of our Lord, one thousand nine hundred and thirty five, (1935).
Signed, sealed, published and declared by the above-named Katie A. F. Lindmuth, widow, as and for her last will and testament, in the presence of us, who have hereunto subscribed our names, at her request, as witnesses thereto, in the presence of said Testatrix and of each other. Wm. W. Ressler |
